ow moments happen every day for all of us – like seeing 11:11 on the clock, finding a white feather, or thinking about a song and then boom, it plays on the radio. Yep, they’ve all happened to me, but I used to brush them off as coincidences or just think, “Haha, that’s funny/weird.”
It wasn’t until I started my spiritual development that I realised these were actually “wow” moments – beautiful little signs to be acknowledged.
My first big wow moment came when I took a course called ‘The Soul Journey.’ This course helped me connect with my previous lives and different aspects of my soul (yes, when I say I went both feet into the woo … I meant it!!). In the first session, we focused on the moment my soul was created, and in the second, on my soul during the time of ancient civilizations – Mu and Lemuria. (if you have never heard of them – drop me a DM!)
This was my first ever spiritual development course, and I was super excited (and also, a little dubious)! 🤩 So, imagine my frustration, disappointment, and, let’s be real, embarrassment when I fell asleep during both guided meditations where I was supposed to be connecting! 🤦🏼♀️
But here’s where it gets interesting… when I woke up at the end of the second session I saw a man leaning over me. I asked, “Who are you?” and he told me he was Poseidon. Now, if you’re anything like me and geek out over Greek mythology (I mean, who doesn’t remember making the Parthenon out of papier-mâché in Year 5? Or become totally obsessed with Aquaman – and not just for Jason Momoa), this was a major goosebumps moment. And when I found out that next week’s session would be connecting me to my soul in Atlantis? I hit geek level 100! 🏛️🌊
I am aware sharing this makes it sound pretty weird and scary, but it was such a beautiful moment, so vivid yet gentle – it was a real experience that I will remember for lifetimes.
Sure enough, the next week blew my mind! During the meditation to Atlantis, what I saw was incredible. Sure, I’d had visions during meditations before, but they were usually just vague outlines of shapes and colors – nothing like this.
Yes, I saw the typical things you’d expect when you think of Atlantis – lots of blue, water, and of course, mermaids. 🌊🧜♀️ And the cynic in me kept thinking, “Well, of course you saw that… your brain’s just showing you what it thinks you should see.” But then things got weird…in a good way. I started seeing random images like a bull’s head and golden circular statues with outer rings that looked like Saturn. Now I was seriously intrigued and confused. After the meditation, I was buzzing, so I quickly scribbled down notes and sketched what I had seen.

The real wow moment hit the next day when I was telling a friend (who was also on the course) about everything I’d seen and even showed her my little doodles. She messaged me back later after Googling Atlantis, sending me the following images…. that looked exactly like what I’d seen in my vision! 😳✨
That was it. I felt like I’d just been winded – hair standing on end and my heart thumping in my chest! This wasn’t just a coincidence or my friend sending me pictures of what I wanted to see (let’s be real, she’s way more spiritual than I am and probably freaking out even more than I was!). 😳
Whatever this was, I was sold! The reason I had dozed off in those first two sessions wasn’t because I was a newbie or “bad at meditating” (which is what I instantly believed); it was because my soul hadn’t been present in Mu or Lemuria. My soul was created in Atlantis! Suddenly, everything made sense. Did I fully understand it? Not really. But did I believe it? 100%! Deep down in my heart, I knew I had been Atlantean in a previous life. 🌊💙
From that moment on, my journey took on a whole new meaning. I was no longer just dabbling in spirituality; I was diving deep into it! (Pardon the water pun,) Those little wow moments became signs and coincidences guiding me on my path. And honestly, embracing this magic has transformed my life in ways I never expected. Who knew that reconnecting with my past would unlock such a vibrant future? Now, I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next! ✨
You might be thinking, “Why on earth did I sign up for such a ‘woo-woo’ course?” Trust me, I asked myself the same thing! Remembering my soul and creation? That’s a level of woo I didn’t even know existed. But something inside me just knew it was the right move. I followed those little breadcrumbs of intuition, and before I knew it, I was walking straight through the front door of the wonderful world of woo!
